H1N1 Flu Vaccinations

International students are eligible for the H1N1 vaccination free of charge at any of the clinics that have been set up for this purpose. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) document (linked below) regarding the H1N1 vaccine and the consent form that you will need to complete in order to receive the vaccination. You can review these documents or print them to fill in and take with you to one of the HIN1 clinics.
